This is a standard four section fowler type bed made of mild steel and spray painted with enamel paint. The head and foot ends have welded bows with vertical rods.

The special feature is a whisper quiet electric drive for raising and lowering the Head and Foot section. This is a fixed ward bed hence castor wheels, side railings and mattress are optional.
